To request a refund, please contact our support team with your order details. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days. Note: Refunds for products that are made to order such as Mugs, Mouse Mats and Phone Cases are not possible once the product had been produced for you. We tend to make products within 1 day, so please be mindful of this before making your order

You can return items within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, provided they are in their original condition and packaging.

We offer standard delivery options. Standard delivery typically takes 3-5 business days, while products from our overseas suppliers make take 14 days or more.
