**Returns Policy**
At Lord's Custom Products, we want you to be completely satisfied with your personalized item. If for any reason you're not happy, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and we'll assist with a return or exchange.
**Eligible Items:**
* Personalized Mugs
* Mouse Pads
* Car Coasters
* Wallets
**Return Process:**
1. Contact our Customer Service via email at [email protected] or phone at +61402193460
2. Provide your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for return.
3. We will send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form to complete.
4. Carefully package the item(s) in their original packaging, if possible.
5. Ship the item(s) back to us at the address provided on the RMA form.
**Refund Policy:**
* Refunds will be issued within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item(s).
* Refunds will be issued in the original payment method.
* For items that require shipping, we'll provide a prepaid return label via email.
**Exchange Policy:**
* Exchanges are accepted for new, unused, and unopened items only.
* The customer is responsible for paying any additional shipping costs.
* The item(s) must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
**Damaged or Defective Items:**
* If the item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately.
* We'll provide a replacement or refund, whichever you prefer.
**Exceptions:**
* Custom orders, including personalized photos and text, are non-returnable and non-refundable.
* Sale items are subject to the same return and exchange policies as regular items.
**Shipping Costs:**
* Shipping costs for returns will be borne by the customer, unless otherwise stated on the order.
